Upper Body - 3x

  • Walk out push ups

  • Bent over rows

  • Kneeling shoulder press

Lower Body - 3x

  • Squats

  • Speed squats

  • Single leg hip raise

Full Body 2x

  • Lunges with bicep curls

  • Sumo squat with lateral shoulder raise

  • Shuffles

  • Russian twists
