  • “I couldn’t recommend training with Hannah more. I’ve been working out with her as part of her virtual training for a while now, mostly tuning into class after the recorded sessions are posted because my schedule can be unpredictable. Hannah kept track of me and ensured that I was getting what I needed even though wasn’t part of most of the live sessions. When I got pregnant, I continued training with her using prenatal modifications as needed — another type of hands-on care Hannah was happy to provide for not just me, but other pregnant women in class as well. I found it especially helpful that her pregnancy modifications weren’t one size fits all. She gave us several options depending how far along we were or how we were feeling that day. I truly believe that Hannah and her classes deserve credit for helping my pregnancy — and labor — go smoothly. I felt so in touch with my deep core and pelvic floor as my body was changing, and when it came time to actually give birth I was able to use that connection and push my baby out in about an hour. (I was literally doing glute bridges in the hours before my girl was born.) Plus, working out for those 9 months helped give my body the foundation it needed during these weeks when I’m resting postpartum. I really can’t say enough good things about Hannah!
